From nursing student to Australian Registered Nurse.
Australia needs nurses. You have the qualification, the compassion and the ambition. Australian Healthcare Agency guides you through every stage — English preparation, OET, AHPRA registration, OSCE, migration and employment — with one expert team beside you the whole way.
Every stage of your journey, mapped and supported.
Most providers help with a single step. We walk the entire road with you — and you can join the pathway at whichever stage you've reached.

Structured, competency-based preparation across Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking — with nursing role-plays, referral-letter writing, mock examinations and individual feedback. Progress at your own pace to your target score.
Nursing Registration Support (AHPRA)
Learn to drive your own registration with confidence: portal setup, qualification and transcript requirements, document preparation and application sequencing — guided by a nurse practitioner who has completed the process end-to-end.
OSCE Preparation Program
Clinical communication, ISBAR handovers, documentation, clinical reasoning and hands-on simulation across the fundamental procedures — with time-limited practice stations, educator observation and detailed feedback until you're exam-ready.
Migration Advice & Support
Understand your visa options — skilled migration, employer sponsorship and family pathways. General information is provided freely; personal migration advice is delivered only by registered migration professionals.
Employment Readiness Program

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to complete the whole pathway?
No. Every program is a standalone service with its own entry point. Many students join us only for OET, only for OSCE preparation, or only for employment readiness. The complete pathway simply means we can support you at every stage if you want us to.
When should I start if I'm still studying nursing in India?
Your final year is the ideal time. The Australian Healthcare English Program is designed to run alongside your studies, so you graduate already prepared for OET and familiar with Australian healthcare communication.
What English score do I need to register as a nurse in Australia?
The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia accepts several tests, including OET (grade B in each sub-test for nursing). Our OET program is built around reaching that standard, with mock examinations before you sit the real test.
Where does OSCE preparation take place?
Online theory and communication practice can begin anywhere. The hands-on simulation component is delivered in Australia as an intensive program, in a clinical simulation environment with educator observation and feedback.
Can you give me migration advice?
We provide general information about visa pathways freely. Personal migration advice — advice about your specific circumstances — is regulated in Australia and is provided only by registered migration professionals. We will always make clear which kind of assistance you are receiving.
Are the government and testing fees included in your prices?
No. Program fees cover our education and support services. Fees charged by third parties — such as AHPRA, OET, visa application charges or assessment authorities — are separate and payable directly to those organisations.
